Product Description

• System consists of 2 Stage grinding operations i.e. 1st stage Mill for coarse grinding and 2nd stage Mill for fine grinding.
• Here feeding is from top and collection at bottom - Manually.
• Filter bags mounted on top of bottom outlet acts as dust filtration.
• Equipment to start-stop-start on every change over of drum. Hence system known as Batch Type.
• Useful where different varieties of spice items are to be pulverized.
• Suitable to grind hygroscopic items Sugar and Salt blended with spices known as Seasoning.
• Oily spice items are not recommended to grind alone, as choking will take place. 
  
• Suitable for capacity up to 200 kgs / hr depending on application.
• Also suitable for applications like Chat Masala, Jaljeera, Seasonings and similar mixture of spices.
• Easy cleaning when Sticky, Oily and Multi products are to be handled.
• Equipments mounted on Anti Vibration Mounting Pads to avoid foundation and vibrations.
• Available in contact parts Stainless Steel material.
